Are OSEA products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, every OSEA product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients like beeswax or lanolin, and we never test on animals.

What is the shelf life of your seaweed-infused products?

Since we use natural ingredients and plant-based preservatives, our products typically have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. We recommend using them within 6 months of opening for maximum potency.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your OSEA account to view your order history and real-time shipping status.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our seaweed-based skincare to more countries in the near future.

Are your glass bottles recyclable?

Yes! Sustainability is at our core. Our glass bottles and jars are fully recyclable. We encourage you to rinse them out and check with your local recycling program for specific guidelines.
